this is one i made for my partner a couple of years ago, you could change it to suit you and your partner its about love so not really valentine but valentines days is about love so hopefully you will like it

each and everyday

Love is a great emotion
That keeps us growing strong
I love you with my heart
My body and my soul
I love the way i keep loving you
Like a love i can't control
so remember when your eyes meet mine
I love you with all my heart
And i have poured my entire soul into you
right from the very start

As time goes by and the seasons change
as my love grows stronger
with each passing day
with every minute we spend apart
it's a minute of pain in my heart
the moments we share
the many times that we talk
it increases my love
encouraging my heart
as we grow old together
as we continue to change with age
this feeling of love will never fade
surrendering to nobody
or decreasing at all
