Most black people i know have a problem with people preforming non-christian or non muslim things. One of the worst betray i sleeping with the same sex. I dont know where i stand here so i like your imput on this subject.

I am Bi & european Asian & I know alot of black people . I've come to realise that the guys dont mind if you are into girls coz come on girls are hot! (so are guys) I think it really depends where you grow up & what kind of people live there as the black people I grew up with as I stated they are fine if you are gay/lesbian. I think also its the older generation that are more like 'its crazy being gay is wrong the bible/Quran says its so'. Imagine, I am a musim & I'm Bi surely its got to be worse for me. But then again my family doesnt know.
But I do talk about girls to my boyfriend & he loves it! 2 for the price of one ey! :)

As a black woman, I am happy to say that as long as no one man or woman tries to sleep with my man than I am all for it. Love is love...simply. Whoever you love is completely up to you. It doesn't bother me at all. I love the fact that my hair dresser is GAY!!! Gay in the dictionary is to be happy.... And if the person is truly Happy then I can only congratulate them. I have no problem with gay couples (or singles) adopting or being a foster home to orphaned children, or gay couples marrying each other. One of the biggest problem I have is with black people discriminating against any person based on anything. We should be the last ones to discriminate against others. There was a time when we were only counted as 1/2 a person...even further back, we were listed as a piece of property or cargo. Woman....we couldn't even vote...so lets be thankful most of our rights have been released to us and help others in need. Hate is wrong...no matter who its towards. My thought is if you keep pointing your finger, you'll be shocked at who's pointing back.

According to the Bible, homosexual acts are sinful and perverted.
You personally can believe what you want about homosexuality but you can not deny what is written in black and white. You can make a decision not to follow what is in the religious books but you would be wrong to say that it is not in there.

Exaggerated homophobic interpretations of ancient scripture and behaviour are mistakenly applied to our own times and end up causing human rights abuses, treat other humans well or otherwise understand that your religion is totally worthless.

I agree with you. There are many mentionings within the bible that address this as a sinful act. Yet our society continues to push it into mainstream acceptance. It simply is not a normal behavior. Homosexuality is a sickness, not an adaptation. It's a sickness equal to pedophilia and other sexual perversions that are contradictory to a moral and civilized society, and thus is not compatible with such. It only has become more socially acceptable in today's atmosphere of liberalism that pushes for all things to be acceptable. I believe this acceptance will be short lived as how can a sickness be accepted as normal in a normal society!
