Sorry dude, time to move on.
Good news tho: there are plenty of fish in the sea.

Man to man:
Let her discover you. Re-frame from telling her you love her. Put a little distance between you and her. By all means go with the friendship while you get to know her. Let her know you don't want to put pressure on her and you are there if she needs you but don't make yourself to available if you know what I mean? In other word don't jump just because she asks.
This is the time to have other activities especially with other friends. If some of those friends are female all the better.
The morrow of the story: never through you self at a girl. Ladies like guys that are in control of their emotions and don't act like love sick puppies.
Good luck...

the timing may be right for sharing your feelings, getting together, creating something new or pouring your heart out, but don't expect a quick fix. This could be the beginning of a creative process of cooperation, diversity, sexual compatibility or testing of the romantic waters, so be prepared to go with the flow or to set new relationship goals that can work for the long term. Patience, trust, compromise and self-control can bring moderate, consistent and stable results as long as you are not afraid to get your feet wet.

If you truly love her, keep on being her friend. Maybe its not the right time for you two. If and when it is the right time you'd have built a solid relationship which to expand from.
