frineds say he has talked about me quite a bit to them
today he gave me a valentines present of 2 boxes of chocolates and a rose.!
i really like him. i just dont kno what to donow??

You need to decide how you want to proceed. If you like him, you should ask him out. He's definitely interested and he's saying it with his actions.

What is the source of you confusion? He has talked about you with your friends about you and he gave you a Valentine's gift, and you like him. Why not just talk to him and see how things develop. Seems to me thing are headed in a direction you are hoping for. What about that confuses you?

Troy is into you , ask him out on a date, he is probably to shy to do it himself. It does'nt have to be a pricey date, ask him if he want's to grab a coffee or something. While on the date , ask him casually what he think's of you , this will help him open up to you face to face. Good Luck.
