This question was originated as I wished to see the views of anyone who is non Muslim. I do invite Muslims. I am trying to understand where people stand on this issue.

If you could please explain your reasons, if you are going to use the middle east as an example can you also use other areas of the world which display similar traits . I have yet to form a complete opinion on the matter. In the event of Islamification of America I would believe that eventually most of the Muslims would have come from Christian background (whether it be from great grand parents or not). I would think they would keep the same beliefs as far as freedom is considered. Have there been any democracies that have completely changed due to Islam becoming a majority? Again I do not know for sure.
The entire basis of me understanding the Muslims is from information I receive from the US media, where of course horrible events raise the ratings.

You have misunderstood my question in entirety. While I am trying to remain open minded to everyone's answers you have just stated I am judging you. You are entirely incorrect. I think that perhaps you did not read my question, but instead decided to be closed minded and decide what what you wanted me to ask in the first place. This is exactly why I question myself. I am prone to error and judgement. Perhaps you should read the question again. Take a few moments and think about it. You are just as much a victim of society as I am. Do you admit you are prone to error, or are you flawless?

Radical Islam is the greatest threat ever faced by mankind .
Although the radicals only comprise 10-15% of Muslims, there are 1.3 Billion Muslims . That means there are over 100 Million Terrorists . And estimates indicate that about 30-40% sympathize with the Radical Islamists .

As a Muslim, I must comment that I am dissapointed and ashamed of fellow muslims who behaved unaccordingly and gave our belief a bad name.

Action speaks louder than words.

Although only a small majority of Muslims commit such acts like terrorism, people would think all muslims are like that.

Some muslim on these site preaches as if these people would hear, but that only makes thing worse.

Islam is just like any other religion, it teaches peace and harmony, if studied properly. But most people just present it in their own intepretation and thus distorting it, and led others to believe Islam is bad. Spoon fed and brainwashed by the media, people would believe that.

The Last Ent Wife: Islam promotes education and it is a Muslims duty to always strive to gain knowledge.

Islam has no problem with democracy, but personally sometimes I think it's not really a good idea....

Example: George W. Bush, The President of United States of America.

I'm not a Muslim. I believe that Christian history has proven that religion can be twisted and used for cruel and inhumane purposes. Christians practically invented religious terrorism during the Crusades and Inquisition. Christianity is not at fault, but the misinterpretations and misuses of Christianity by the clergy are. Islam is a peaceful religion. The Qur'an teaches tolerance and respect and scholars universally acknowledge the impeccable and stainless character of their noble Prophet, Muhammad.

Please investigate Islam with an open mind and you will find that it is no more nor less violent than Christianity or any other religion. It is a religion of tolerance and justice.

i'm no longer commenting on the whole homosexuality element right here simply by fact it does no longer seem to pertain to the crucial question, yet i for my section think of that people weren't meant to mate for existence (with one better half) and that this is achieveable to love better than one guy or woman at a time wholistically (so sexually besides). no longer something is inherently 'undesirable' if it comes from the coronary heart and there is not any reason for harm or maliciousness. on the different hand although, we would desire to enable for guy or woman predilection as we are ALL such different those with different existence paths, and the place some agree on polygamy, we would desire to admire people who do no longer and are in love in basic terms with the single guy or woman! I for one am such a guy or woman. i'm too jealous and possessive via nature to share somebody i like with all of us, yet i won't deny that i'm able to lust after somebody else mentally whilst in a relationship. this would not advise i will act on it as one would desire to additionally weigh up the outcomes and impression on your better half(s) for this reason of polygamy - or if in basic terms one sided, INFIDELITY?

RADICAL Muslims that speak of wiping Israel & US off the face of the earth could be taken as averse for society. I've also seen beautiful Muslims against such hatred and terrorism and are risking their necks to disagree with that movement of killing.

Isn't one book called 'The Prophet of Doom'? Who is that book for, it certainly is not peaceful.

The Islamic faith is not any worse than any other, be it Christianity, Hinduism, or Zoroastrian. The difference is in the tolerance of said believer, to those who have opposing beliefs.
