I tell this to many people because I experienced it...you do not find love, but it finds you. You cannot go searching for it, because when you search and find a 'potential' love, one can automatically assume love and many times it is not the real thing. The time when I was really not considering another relationship, and wanted nothing to do with a long-term relationship, I ended up falling in love with my friend and she in return did the same... We did not officially go out for 2 years, but we were openly in love (it was all natural) with each other and didn't have to take the step of asking, "will you go out with me?" We were already mentally married for 4 years before officially tying the knot...I can't explain it, but this is the kind of love I know is the real deal...it came out naturally...and we were extremely faithful to each other even thoug we weren't officially in a relationship. Okay, enough rambling...my point is: you will experience love when you don't expect to do so...so do not try to love, just go with the flow and it love will come to you.

If you mean true love from people (not romance), it can be very, very, very hard to find any. I think most people go their whole lives with a number of true-love experiences that they can count with their fingers.
If you mean romance, it can be quite difficult to find someone of quality, unless you're just like everyone else, and only WANT someone like everyone else. You could meet someone at work, or at school, or among your friends, or a friend of a relative, or you COULD maybe possible meet someone online (I wouldn't even try it). All-in-all, there are several places and ways to find romantic love (as opposed to loving people), but it's almost impossible nowadays to find someone of great quality, who's goal is to stick with you, love you fully, and lose themselves in the process.
