Just send Happy Valentines and quit playing the waiting game. Women generally wait for the man and it's always the man's fault when he doesn't come through. It's actually a game that some women play to see if he loves them. Forget the game. It's not proof of love. It's just proof that he may have been side-tracked this morning. Maybe he has some concerns today.
How about just sending the message of love and see what you get back?

He's probably with his date on Valentines. Don't bother him until tomorrow. You might mess up his game of getting some from his date. Be thoughtful girl and have some respect.
