You hesitate for a reason. If you wish to remove this, it is necessary to watch yourself closely when you do it, and the secret to it will reveal itself. When you truly understand the cause, you can then let it go comfortably. If you use force, you will only increase the confusion and fear.

" He who hesitates is lost" knowledge replaces fear, we only fear the unknown. Children do not hesitate because they are not afraid. Hesitation comes with growing up and being able to weigh the outcome. good or bad it is a learned reaction.

Hesitation can get you killed. You must train your instincts until they are second nature.
"A rifle is only a tool. It's a hard heart that kills. If your killer instincts are not clean and strong you will hesitate at the moment of truth. You will not kill. You will become dead Marines. And then you will be in a world of sh*t. Because Marines are not allowed to die without permission!" -- Gunnery Sgt. Hartman
