okay I'm in love with this guy and really wanna go out with him but don't know how to without asking him myself. Is there any other way of getting him 2 go out with me such as getting a friend 2 ask him 4 me? I know it sounds lame getting someone else to do all the work but even if someone points him in the right direction so he will ask me out? He's waiting 4 me 2 ask him but I do not have the nerves (I've never asked a guy out b4) but I really wanna go out with him. PLease Help ME! Thanks so much

Do you have close relationship with him? If yes, it's probably make your chance even better. Just go straight forward and say "let's go somewhere interesting", or "I have a surprise for you at .....", or "are you free this weekend? I kinda bored at home. Any ideas?".
DO NOT SHOW OR EVEN SAY WHAT YOU FEEL AT FIRST TIME YOU GO WITH HIM. It will only ruins you existing relationship. Observe him first before you say about what you feel.

Tips when going out with him:
Always be cool, sweet & feminine (you're a girl, right?). Guys always like to see feminine girls.
Don't be over exited or nervous about what you're going to say or do.
Don't be too hasty to tell what you feel, or expect him to say he likes you, etc. It will only hurt you.
Be natural, relax, playful and fun. He will appreciate a good time being with you. THEN, send some "sparks".
