If by saying straight you mean not homosexual, then whoever told you that needs there brain read. In the bible it says that a man should not lay with another man, ( in the bible when referring to man it means both sexes in this case) as it is disgusting to God. It also
says that the first person that you do lay with is the person that you have to spend your whole life with. If that law was carried out for real in todays world wouldn't everyone be very careful about who they were going to go to bed with for the first time.

Not getting married is a sin.
Not having children is a sin.
So how does one sin outweight another sin in order to make is less of a sin?
