Here are some most basic similarities between Mosses and Jesus which are not in harmony with Muhammed.
Mosses was a descendant of Israel (formerly called as Jacob), the son of Issac, the promised son of Abraham. He was from the tribe of Levi, a son of Israel.
Jesus was also a descendant of Israel, from the tribe of Judah, the brother of Levi
Whose descendant and from which tribe did Muhammed born?
New born boy babies were killed during the time of Mosses’ birth.
All boy babies & boy children under two years were killed soon after Jesus’ Birth.
How many Children were killed at the time of Muhammed’s birth?
Name of Mosses sounds sh / sa / ss in all languages. Name of Jesus also sounds the same in all languages.
How does the name Muhammed sounds?
Mosses was brought up in Egypt. Jesus was also brought up in Eygpt.
Where was Muhammed brought up?
Mosses did miracles through out his ministry. Jesus also did miracles through out his ministries.
What miracles did Muhammed do?

Mosses came to set free the Children of Israel from the bondage of Egypt. Jesus also came to set free the children of Adam from the bondage of sin (Satan).
Was Muhammed came to set free or to put bondage or to make slaves?
Muslims says some silly reasons like mosses and muhammed married so they are alike.
Mosses and muhammed were born naturally so they are alike.
Their own people rebelled against Mosses and Muhammed so they are alike. It goes on like this.
All these kind of similarities are found with Jeremiah and other prophets also.

Omg, this is too easy!
First, I will copy/paste the exact Biblical excerpt you are referring to:
Deuteronomy 18:18 (New American Standard Bible)
"I will raise up a prophet from among their countrymen like you, and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him."
Below is information from a site called:
A Prophet Like Unto Moses
http://www.themodernreligion.com/prophet/bible_like_moses.html (more information at the site, but below is a quick comparison)
BIRTH
Moses: usual
Muhammad: usual
Jesus: miraculous (virgin)
FAMILY LIFE
Moses: married, children
Muhammad: married, children
Jesus: not married, no children
DEATH
Moses: usual
Muhammad: usual
Jesus: unusual
CAREER
Moses: Prophet/Statesman
Muhammad: Prophet/Statesman
Jesus: Prophet
FORCED EMIGRATION IN ADULTHOOD
Moses: to Median
Muhammad: to Medina
Jesus: none
ENCOUNTER WITH ENEMIES
Moses: hot pursuit
Muhammad: hot pursuit/battles
Jesus: no similar encounter
RESULTS OF ENCOUNTER
Moses: moral/physical victory
Muhammad: moral/physical victory
Jesus: moral victory
WRITING DOWN OF REVELATION
Moses: in his lifetime (Torah)
Muhammad: in his lifetime (Qur'an)
Jesus: after his lifetime
NATURE OF TEACHINGS
Moses: spiritual/legal
Muhammad: spiritual/legal
Jesus: mainly spiritual
ACCEPTANCE OF LEADERSHIP BY HIS PEOPLE
Moses: rejected then accepted
Muhammad: rejected then accepted
Jesus: rejected by most Israelites
Another site is a lecture by Ahmed Deedat, entitled "What the Bible Says About Muhammad (Peace Be upon Him) The Prophet of Islam"
http://media.isnet.org/off/Islam/Deedat/bib_muha.html#Prophet%20Like%20Moses
In addition to the above comparisons and contrasts, here are a few more:
LAWS
Moses: brought new laws and regulations
Muhammad: brought new laws and regulations
Jesus: did not bring new laws or regulations, only came to fulfill the existing ones
HEAVENLY ABODE
Moses: Jews believe that his body is in the Earth
Muhammad: Muslims believe that his body is in the Earth
Jesus: Christians believe that his body is in heaven with God
PARENTS
Moses: had a father and mother
Muhammad: had a father and mother
Jesus: had only a mother, no Earthly father
KINGDOMS
Moses: was a spiritual and Earthly king (had power of life and death over his people)
Muhammad: was a spiritual and Earthly king
Jesus: was only a spiritual king, never an Earthly king
JEWS AND ARABS
(emphasis mine) "I will raise up a prophet from among THEIR countrymen LIKE YOU"
"their" indicates that God is not talking about the Jews, but about a people who are LIKE them, but NOT exactly them.
Moses: Hebrew
Muhammad: Arab
Jesus: Hebrew (Jew)
Muhammad was LIKE the Jews, because Arabs and Jews are brethren. Isaac was the father of the Jews, while Ishmael was the father of the Arabs. Abraham was the father of both Isaac and Ishamel, which makes the Jews and Arabs brethren.
I could go on and on, but read the site. It's CHOC FULL.
Deut 18:18 was about Muhammad, and not about Jesus
EDIT: You said:
"Muslims says some silly reasons like mosses and muhammed married so they are alike.
Mosses and muhammed were born naturally so they are alike.
Their own people rebelled against Mosses and Muhammed so they are alike. It goes on like this."
These certainly are similarities, and not fiction, and not silly. You've listed some similarities, then disregard them, as if they don't count. But they DO count, and they ARE true, and they ARE similarities.
You also said:
"All these kind of similarities are found with Jeremiah and other prophets also."
Jeremiah was a minor prophet, he was never a major Prophet of God. He was never a Messenger of God. Major Prophets/Messengers bring a new religion, a new Revelation from God, new scripture, new calendar, a new religious dispensation altogether. Minor prohpets bring people back to that same religious dispensation, back to the teachings of the major Prophets/Messengers, but do not bring about a new religion.
So Deut 18:18 cannot be about Jeremiah or any minor prophet, because they were never major Prophets/Messengers of God.

Prophet Muhammed (Peace Be Upon Him) is one of the descendants of Ismaeel the son of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham).
Both Moses (PBUH) and Muhammed (PBUH) had a human father, Jesus Christ (PBUH) was born miraculously WITHOUT A
father.
Moses and Muhammed are related to each other as they have ONE common ancestor (Abraham)
Both Moses and Muhammed died natural Deaths. Jesus Christ was raised to heaven and was NOT crucified.
Both were accepted by their people as the messenger eventually. Unlike Jesus Christ was NOT acceoted by the jews and they wanted to Kill him.
Both were driven away from their native places. Moses (PBUH)from Egypt and Muhammed (PBUH) from Makkah.
Both lead vicotrious armies and returned to their native places.
Regarding Miracles, all prophets performed miracles by the will of GOD.
Even Muhammed (PBUH) performed miracles by the will of GOD.
The restoring of the eye-sight of one of the prophets companions (Qatadah bin No'man) by the touch of the prophet is One example.
The Splitting of the Moon by just a point from the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) is another example. This has been confirmed by modern day astronomers.
So who is more similar to Moses???

Deuteronomy 18:18 fulfills it's prophesy in:
And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee. -Matthew 21:11.
Jesus is not a prophet, however; he is the Son of God, who appeared to the multitude to be a prophet.

They're just copying christianity to create another religion for their own nation or whatever maybe they're jealous of christianity and tried creating something by copying to make others believe that theirs is a branch of christianity but actually it's not .
