No, there is no book in the Bible that was directly written by Jesus himself (pbuh).
Jesus was literate, not illeterate. All learned Jewish boys were literate, they learned that as part of their religious education. Jesus was a learned Jew, so of course he could read and write.
The disciples wrote what Jesus said, so the NT was inspired by Jesus and by God. Yes, they are two entities, Jesus and God. The NT was inspired by both, the OT was inspired by GOD.
