The best way for that is to make a chart, with different stomach exercises, do them like 30 min to 1 hour a day, and right before you go to bed, do 50 situp and increase the situp when you feel you are ready to do more. Also dont eat after 8 because if you do when you eat and just sit around your food also sits there and that what becomes fat, but in day when you eat, you be busy working and running errons the food wont really sit. Also another way is to so sit up for 2 min stright then take a 2 min break then do sit iup for 1 min then 1 min break and so forth i know you see result after that I did.

You can reduce your tummy by doing regular abdominal exercises like leg rising and head rising exercises. Leg rising is done by lying flat on the back with limbs extended and slowly lifting both legs up 90 degree and slowly bringing down. Repeat this with out touching down. Slowly increase the counts. Similarly, lying flat on the back with knee bent then raise your head and shoulders and try to touch your knees with your hands.

You are overweight. Flab surrounding the tummy, hip and thigh area can be reduced firstly: a. by cutting down your calories. So, for example, you are in the habit of eating two chapathis and rice for every meal, you should gradually change that to just two chapathis. This is not easy, but if you are determined to lose the extra pounds, it should come easily to you.

Even simple things like substituting your afternoon tea with fresh juice or coconut water will result in remarkable changes in the body. Picking up a sport too can be a great activity and change in lifestyle. These changes may not be many but if incorporated by you in your daily routine will bring about not only weight reduction but also bring you an all round improvement in your work and home front

Eat only when hungry. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. Do not take more than three meals a day with no drink or food in between except water. The only exception is diabetic who shud take smaller meals more frequently. Learn and practice Yoga practices.

What's the secret to losing belly fat?

There's no secret, no one best approach for losing belly fat. More activity and eating less are key. The good news is that while there's no easy trick or shortcut, with more exercise and fewer calories, belly fat is the first kind of fat to go.

The only tried-and-true method to lose fat of any kind is:

- Reduce the amount of calories you take in. You can do this by eating smaller amounts of food, or stick to foods that have fewer calories.

- Burn fat by making physical activity part of your daily routine.
An important part of staying healthy is not only losing weight, but also keeping it off — this means after you lose weight, you still need to watch what — and how much — you eat and get regular exercise. However, it takes more effort to lose weight in the first place than it does to keep it off.

Don't despair, you can lose the spare tire — it just takes patience and effort. And once you shed even a few extra pounds, you'll feel better and lower your risk of health problems.

After warming up, lie flat on your back. suck in tummy, raise both legs straight in the air and move them like scissors sloww..ly and carefully. Widen the scissor cut movement until you feel tightening on your belly mucle. Do this for as long as you can but don't push it. If you can't have your legs straight, it's ok to bend them.
-Exercising slowly will make you more aware of your muscle and make you concentrate better on the part you want to reduce than doing it vigorously.
