You can make any cookie dough in large batches, roll into tubes for your own slice and bakes. This is fast because the dough is ready and you don't have to spend all afternoon baking if you only want a couple pans. Just freeze the extra dough.

Then there is no-bake cheesecake.

1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 13 oz jar of Nutella
2 blocks of softened cream cheese

Mix cream cheese and Nutella thoroughly with a hand mixer, and spoon filling into the crust. Chill for about an hour.

Variation:
1 graham crust
2 blocks of softened cream cheese
1 cup milk, add more as needed just to dissolve pudding
2 large boxes of instant pudding, any flavor *I made this with pumpkin cream flavor, a holiday limited time only flavor.

Start by mixing up the pudding until it isn't grainy, you want it pretty thick. Then mix in cream cheese.
Pour into crust, chill.

Chocolate mousse:
heavy cream
sweetener or sugar to taste
baking cocoa to taste (add by the tablespoon)
Whip with a hand mixer until it peaks like whipped cream. Chill.

Chocolate covered Oreos or anything else (pretzels, berries):
Oreos dipped in melted chocolate...duh. The melted chocolate may be melted milk choc chips with some evap milk added, or melted choc bark (the cubes in different flavors) or some fancy sauce you whipped up yourself.

Smore treats:
Use rice krispie treat measurements from the official recipe.
Here are the differences to the technique:

Use Golden Graham cereal instead of Rice Krispies
Melt butter and marshmellows as directed BUT...

Hold back a double handful of mini-marshmellows to add after you have mixed in the cereal.

Add a bag of milk chocolate chips.

Mix everything thoroughly and spread into a buttered 9x13 pan.

You add the whole marshmellows and choc chips LAST because the mixture will be cooler, so they will not melt. Makes them prettier, and gives a little variety to each bite.

There are a lot of easy fudge recipes that use chocolate chips...I personally have never made it.

Cream cheese with brown sugar makes a caramel-flavored dip perfect for fruit.

Bananas on a stick dipped in melted chocolate, frozen.

All these recipes are about 5 minute prep time...then wait and you can eat any of them well within an hour.

Really, light sponge pudding

2 eggs, 2oz Sugar, 2 oz butter/marg, 4oz flour, cream sugar and butter together, add eggs then flour, put 2 tablespoons of syrup or jam in a bowl, top with sponge mixture, cover and microwave for approx 3mins, delicious with cream or custard, can also be baked in 2 separate dishes in a cake shaped dish and filled with butter cream for a little sponge cake, If you like you can also change 1/2 flour for 1/2 oz cocoa. I made this up and sometimes I'll whip it up in 5 mins in the advert break at night.

Baked Peaches

Place peace halves in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with brown sugar, pour over double cream and grill for a couple of mins, the cream sets a bit like a bruele

These cookie-bar things are delicous and super-easy:

1. Press store bought (or home made, but store bought is way easier) sugar-cookie dough into a casserole dish, so it is one whole sheet of cookie dough, and bake it at the temp on the dough package. The time may be off slightly because you won't be making normal cookie shapes.

2. Let it cool

3. Spread on your favorite jam (raspberry is great!)

4. Sprinkle w/ nuts of choice (pecans ALWAYS good)

5. Drizzle w/ melted chocolate

6. cut into bars and serve!

Chocolate Wontons:

12oz package MINI milk chocolate chips
1 package of wonton wrappers (NOT eggroll you want wonton)
Confection/Powdered Sugar
Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
Small bowl filled with water
Baking Sheet

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray cookie sheet VERY lightly with butter spray.

3. Take a wonton wrapper and place a few mini morsels in center. Dip your finger in the water and run along sides of wonton wrapper.

4. Take one corner of wrapper and fold over on the diagonal.

5. Press the edges to seal wonton shut. Your wonton will now look like a triangle. Make as many as you want.

6. Place wonton triangles on cookie sheet.

7. Before placing in oven VERY lightly mist/spray your wonton triangles with butter cooking spray.

8. Place on center rack in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
keep an eye on them b/c you do not want them to burn. Maybe check at 8 minutes to see how they are.

9. They should be a very light brown color and feel crisp.

10. When you take them out lightly dust them with powder sugar.
