Go and see a GP. It could be anything.
Did you bang your leg and bruised it?
Or does it hurt along the back of your leg up to your bum?
Or does your knee hurt when you put weight on it?
Or is there a persistent ache in the muscles?
Or in the joints?
We can't help cause:
1) We don't know exactly it is you're feeling.
2) Most of us aren't qualified to diagnose symptoms, let alone prescribe treatments.
Go and see someone who can help - your doctor.

The legs are secondary pumps to the heart. So from now on drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. Read the book: you're not sick, you're thirsty. So go to the library. Also take 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to help with circulation. Put your legs above your head approximately 10 minutes a day. Read the water cure on the web. The acv has 93 vitamins and minerals. Potassium, we need it for our bodies.

If you're having muscle cramps, try sitting down and stretching out your legs. Flex your feet upwards to stretch the muscles further.
Hope it helps.

Yeah, let a doctor examine you and tell him what happen before the pain...
Or where you put your leg in where you shouldn't.

Don't let this go untreated...Go to a Dr. or even a clinic. There could be underlying problems which are causing these pains.

The only person who can give you appropriate advice is your doctor who is in a position to give you a diagnosis after an evaluation.

Be careful this is not some sort of Thrombosis. Have you been in an aircraft or sitting still for a long time. My sister had this and it nearly killed her! Get to the doctor please.
