i tend not too..... i should find the qutoe for this.
But you're nto suppose to say something thats in the quran without giving the evidence....So techincally the best responses are the ones that do have the verses pasted in.
I'm lazy though.

From childhood they are taught about the Quran(unlike those of Bible faiths).They 'know' their Quran better than most ppl know the Bible.

Try to ask some question regarding christainity and see the responce.....you would get even longer verses from Bible .
Muslims and christains have scriptures to prove the things from......so they do !!

Just about every religious person does this on here. I think they just do it because they can't interpret it themselves and figure that just posting it would make more sense. It really doesn't but whatever.

That is strange indeed, cause when someone else quotes the Koran they claim it can't be translated into English without being corrupted ?????????

I've wondered that myself, especially since they will then turn around and tell you that we shouldn't read the Koran in English, that it can only be truly understood when read in the original language.
