You will never know until you try.But you should kinda know what the answer is gonna be think really hard good and bad and make sure she is the only one you want to be with for the rest of your life.After this if you still want to be creative go for something she really likes and incorporate the ring into that.Women will always remember her first proposal

Honestly..it is worth a tryi BUT must be able to take rejection. Already she has confessed that she can't love you enough.... The most difficult thing is to revert a girl's decision ONCE they have made up their mind. Nevertheless, do yr best and i wish you success..

Uh...I think she may feel like you are psychotic and may put a restraining order on you. If you are not a couple why would you think about proposing. Let her go.

honey....don't waste your time and money and effort...she has made it clear that it's over...move on and stop wasting time on something that's not gonna be....do not propose to her, it will end in tears, trust me.....spare yourself the embarrassment, move on and find someone who (loves you enough) just because it's valentines day does not mean she will change her mind, it's all nice to receive flowers and stuff, but feelings are different than material things....move on and meet someone who appreciates you....

if she broke up with you and hasn't contacted you, proposing may not be the best idea to propose, it may just be awkward for her and then for you, but, if you don't try you'll never know.

I was going to say one thing, then read the whole question, if she dosen't want to be with you then your a fool for asking!!!!!!!!but if you have to, Have the ring pierce thur your ball sack and ask her to yank it out. she might take just cause of where you had it!!!
