What happens if you have two couples who are possessive in their relationships? Since they are possessive—they both call each other a lot too much especially at let’s say 2:30 in the morning or at random times in the morning both are too jealous/insure and have obsession for each other, and both set restrictions or limitations on having guy/girl friends. I believe my friend and his girlfriend are possessive equally. So I was just wondering—what I mentioned above is what they both exhibit.

I'm surprised they've lasted this long let alone not killed each other by now.. They wont last, one or both will eventually get at each other enough to end it...

So let me get this straight... they are couples who ar possesive in their relationships and set limits and restrictions on having guy/girl friends and they are obsessed with one another. they call each other whenever they want and are jealous and possesive and they talk to each other and are jealous of each other if they talk to other guy/girls. So, they would talk to each other and not to the other guy/girl couple because they are possesive and jealous too?

It's obvious that they don't have much trust in each others...or simply, they are doing that because that's just beginning of relationships. I think they are in love with the idea of that them so obsessed about each others. Not in love with each others...Once they get bored of that, they may break up or they might find actual feelings to each others.

If they are having an equal relationship then what is the problem. If neither of them are complaining then its fine. Overall posessiveness makes people drift but if both are like that then it just might work.

Well, They will end up breaking up. Unless they get some sick thrill out of that...It doesn't sound like they have trust in that relationship.

possessiveness=insecurity......simple as.....they both need to start trusting each other because this will not work if they carry on acting like this....they are both insecure and need to deal with it individually
