Ok, I don't just watch TV - I read, play guitar, watch movies...but what else is there? I feel like I don't have a life now that I work full time - especially with the crappy weather where I live - and I'm too tired to have a snow ball fight and pursue the active social life I once had. Maybe someone has some good ideas for me?

Take up a hobby. Try knitting or crochet, you can do this while you rest as it doesn't take much energy. Crochet yourself a warm scarf.

I have a Nintendo DS and play Brain Age, Club House and Animal Crossing. You need time to let your brain relax/cool down before you can sleep at night. Most people do not get enough sleep at night which leads to all sorts of depression, anxiety, and just plain crabby!!
Then try meditation. that is very hard to do, I still am not very good at it and I am going to make that my focus this year!

Walking or jogging. At one point I was putting in a 13 hour day, and would come home and jog 3 to five miles. Totally cleared my head while gaining the physical benefits. I wouldn't have made it without it.

You should try writing, cooking, or making jewelry. These are the things that relax me. When I make jewelry is gives me time to think and express my feelings in my work.
