I run the 200 and 400 meter dash for track. I was wondering if taking NO Xplode before my practices and meets would be a good idea.

Not sure why you would want to. Most people use No Xplode for the extra pump it gives during your workout. It does have a lot of caffeine, so it will give you some extra energy. I would just stick to creatine if your trying to improve your performance.
