I have to agree with Suebnm. I take Citalopram and apart from night sweats at the start I have got on really well with them. Cognitive therapy also helped (talk to your GP for a referral). I also take omega fish oils which really help too. Depression is an illness that needs treatment - it will not go away on its own - and you cannot simply "pull yourself together". It is not your fault and you are not weak because of it.

Best wishes

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

It really depends... there are multiple chemicals that can affect your mood eg: dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine, and it is different for everyone. There are many different types, and I know people who have found the right type within two months, and I know a person who didn't find the right one for him for 3 (maybe 4) years.

clonazapam but it will make you a bit drowsy the first week. Then you should tapper off and change your lifestyle while doing CBT. Whatever you do dont mix SSRI's or Benzo's with alcohol, you could have terrible panic attacks.
