I stupidly forgot to stretch out of sides (abdominal area) before I started working out on them.

Try Cocoa Butter, also I always see ads for creams, I don't know if they work, but I guess you can always ask for a refund if is doesn't http://www.stretch-mark.net

time will make them fade. you can also use scar creams (basically anything with Vitamin E). i tore my achilles tendon a few years ago and had to have surgery on it. i used Mederma on my scar and i think it really helped. but there's a chance they may never completely go away. everyone has stretch marks though, so don't worry about it too much, especially as a guy. that just means you're buff! haha! it's the girls who are expected to look perfect in every way.

Plenty of creams have come in the market for removing the stretch marks. Contact a medical shop and they will able to help you on this.

You literally have to cut that skin off surgically, because they're scars & they're yours for life. Creams (scar creams like mederma) or oils (vitamin E) can reduce the appearance of "angel scratches" by making them appear silvery.

Other than they will fade in time, you cannot get rid of them unless you have plastic surgery (and that is too drastic for the area you have them in).
