im on antibiotics for the last 4 days

It's generally not a good idea to engage in intercourse until the bladder infection has healed. More bacteria can end up getting pushed into the urethral opening during the act of intercourse, making the infection worse. You could also pass the infection on to your partner.

I would wait until the end of the anti-biotics.
always pee right after sex in the toilet, it flushes any bacteria out of the pee-pee, that is a cause of the bladder infection
also wipe from front to back!!!
Please wait, it would hurt, and you don't want to rub any new bacteria into that area/ what did your doctor say??
it's best to be safe than sorry.
