It could well be a symptom of roundworms. If he hasn't been de-wormed at 3 weeks and 6 weeks, he likely needs to be de-wormed. No emergency here, but tend to as soon as you can if he hasn't been wormed yet.
If he has been well wormed, then he may need a little plain yogurt added to his food to aid in digestion.

It is *probably* nothing, just a little bit of digestive noise!
Did you just get him? Are you feeding the same food his breeder (or his shelter/foster family) was feeding him? He's a bit young still to be away from his mama, so that could be giving him a nervous tummy. Keep an eye on him, of course. As long as his eating, elimination and energy levels are "normal" and he's not vomiting, there is likely nothing to be worried about. Might be worth a mention to the vet when you take him in for his next shots, though.
If, however, he starts to vomit, won't eliminate, won't interact with you and won't eat, I'd call the vet pretty quick.

This exact problem occurs in almost all dogs--usually this happens to my dog around 3-4am when he eats something he wasnt suppose too. Also it could be gas, but mainly keep an eye on what the dog he may have gotten in to something without you knowing. If it continues more each day than I would be concerned but if this is the first time and seems to go away its fine.

He's either got gas, or an upset stomach, and may have the runs in the morning. I wouldn't be too concerned about it unless he has the runs for several days.

Your digestive system makes the same noises, you're just not aware of it. It's just the GI system at work and is perfectly normal.

It's likely just gas. As long as everything else is normal, I'd just leave him alone.

If he is not having diahrea I would not worry too much. Its just his digestion process. If he appears ill, or has an obvious temp or has diahrea, take him to vet IMMEDIATELY , it could be parvo and he will die without treatment

Have you wormed the pup??? Take him to your vets and get him checked out and get him some worming powder. He will need to be wormed every month until he is 6 months old.
