This is gross but I guess I gotta say it like it is. There is a bump on the back of my neck that's been there for 7.5 years. It is sort of hard and recently grew a tiny bit. If I squeeze the heck out of it, this thick white stuff comes out and well, it has a cheesy smell....ewe...I know. I am first curious what it could be and second, how can I get rid of the discusting thing. It is right in my hair line and about the size of a dime. Can a medical pro please advise or someone with experienced situation. Thanks.

This is a cyst. It sounds like an inclusion cyst. This means that skin cells have been trapped under the skin surface and they are creating new skin cells inside the cyst. When they die they create the white stuff that you saw.
It needs to be removed surgically, otherwise it will just come back after squeezing it. Surgery is done under local. A dermatologist who does skin surgery can do this for you.

Easy fix. It's probably just a common sebacious cyst. Can someone help you with it? Your mom? Try having someone lance it, empty it completely, then put peroxide on it at least twice a day. Also a little Neosporin.

it is probably your twin. You should get a biopsy done. That white stuff may be its insides. You probably have teeth and hair in there too. Go to the dr and have your un developed twin removed.
