There are two versions of Java. Maybe you have Sun Corp's version downloaded. Yopu possibly need the version that has coffe cup as its logo do a search

My be an issue with the browser you are viewing it in if your java is up to date.
Try restoring the browser to default by:
Click on Tools, Go to Internet Options, Go to the Security Tab and select the default button if avaliable. Then click on the Privacy tab and select Default if avaliable. Then go to the Advanced tab and select Restore defaults. Click Apply and then Ok. Close the browser and then try to go to the page you were having a problem with. If that doesn't work, try to upgrade your browser.
