Check it out for yourselves. Either the highest ranking active duty officer is lying, or the White house is. Who do you believe?

Well, with what we were told about Iraq, I don't believe a word that comes out the White House.

I listened to Tony Snow from the White House and saw the whole news conference. Pace said that the ammo being used in Iraq is from Iran...however, there could be some within the Iran government who are supplying the insurgents without their president knowing about it.

Snow said that the media could call Pace in 24 hours, that he would be flying and was not to be disturbed right now. However Snow did say that he 'could not answer for Pace.' But they are in agreement that the weapons are from Iran...the evidence is there. Tony also repeated WE ARE NOT GOING TO IRAN.

I watched it on the White House web site without the slant. The reporters who were questioning Snow were getting way out of line and trying to change the wording by what they had heard. The media is NUTS, I'm telling you. Snow cannot figure out where they are getting this information from....or who is giving them this stuff.

The White House is attempting to keep some things top secret until they do more investigating. People cannot know every move they make. There is no fairness left anymore for government to be given room to work.

I think what Pace said was that the Iran government was not knowingly involved, and that the militant forces could be working on their own.

Semantics.

There may not be official Iranian government involvement, but Iran is heavily involved in Iraq and they have been since this war started. That's just one more aspect of the war botched by our wonderful left-wing media.

Of course Iran is involved in Iraq. They have been there from the start. They couldn't beat Saddam in the 8 year war so now they see their chance to get revenge for the millions of Iranians he killed.

By the way, he killed most of them with the WMD's that a lot of people say never existed.

Misconstrued comment and out of context of what was actually said by Gen. Pace. His comments was based on knowledge of the top (President or Prime Minister) may not be involved. It was also released that the US believed that it was Iran cabinet members who may be involved in this op's.

well if u look at no one is lieing . look at this way the terrorist in Iraq could be using Iranian made weapons but just because they are doesn't mean the Iranian government is giving them to them. they are all using AK-47 but that doesn't mean that the Russian government is selling them to them. did every body just wake up in the white house and forget that there is a black market out there?
