If you are single with no kids (and under age 25), you will get the $193 back but that's it.

If you are a single taxpayer and not the dependent of another taxpayer, you'll get it all back. The income floor for tax liability is $8,450 for a single filer.

THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN TELL IS TO GET THE INCOME TAX BOOKLET FROM THE POST OFFICE OR LIBRARY AND FILL OUT ALL OF THE INFORMATION INCLUDE ANY ALLOWABLE DEDUCTIONS LIKE : MORTGAGE INTEREST, CHARITABLE GIVING, MEDICAL EXPENSES (IF YOU MEET THE DEDUCTION PERCENTAGE) CHECK OUT WHAT TAX YOU SHOULD HAVE PAID ACCORDING TO THE TAX TABLE FOR YOUR ADJUSTABLE NET INCOME .DO A DRY RUN AND SEE.

It depends on what your income and deductions are. I can't tell you from what little info you gave here.
