Well, I bought gourmet fruit from Harry and David if that counts. It was recommended by a friend who buys it for her parents.

The concerns are endless: is it going to look good? Is it going to survive shipping? Is it going to be the same as what the catalog pictures? Is it going to taste good to me?

I would need a strong recommendation from a friend, because there's too many things that can go wrong in shipping gourmet food, and also because gourmet food tends to have gourmet prices. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of money to find out it's terrible. For success, I think you need great word of mouth and a few corporate accounts to start out with.

No. I have no concerns because I can buy them at my local Market of Choice.
