Well I saw her coming into the gym while I was leaving yesterday and didnt realize it was her until I passed her even though I looked right at her, the problem is when she looked at me she looked really sad or something, so I'm just wondering what this means, if she likes me and if she does should I just call her up?

She probably looked so sad because she thought you'd ignored her when you walked past her (even though you didn't do it intentionally) she didn't know this and it sure sounds like she likes you.
You should call her up (not because it's valentines day but because your a decent guy)
Call her and ask if everything's ok with her. Tell her you didn't realise it was her until you'd past and then it seemed like the moment had passed.
Tell her you'd really like to catch up with her sometime.
You've got to put yourself on the line to see how she feels.
Don't be afraid to take a chance.

call her and tell her you feel bad that you didn't get a chance to say hi and see whats new with her.
Invite her to a party you are having then plan the party. lol. It'll be a good excuse to see her and maybe she won't be uncomfortable if she knows it isn't one on one with you. This will also let her forget about whatever happened before and maybe you two can start fresh! :)

Call her. Why are you waiting? If you weren't interested you wouldn't be asking. I think you should be honest with her when you call. Admit to her that you wanted to call but just never got around to it and that you are sorry. Women love it when men are not afraid to say they are sorry for something!
