Where do you mail the state copy of the 1099 form?

I live in Oregon and I need to mail off the state copy of the 1099 form...where can I find the address??

You will need to send a copy of your federal 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040NR, or 1040NR-EZ along with your Oregon State Tax Return and the state copy of your 1099 to

(if you owe Oregon State taxes)

or

(if the state owes you a refund this year)

But you don't need to send anything until you complete the appropriate Oregon State Tax form. The addresses of where to send the form and the 1099's is printed on the back of the form if you misplace these addresses.
