Pray it goes away soon. If you aren't vomiting, just feel sick, try ginger. Ginger ale, ginger candy or cookies or just powdered ginger in hot water with a bit of honey or sugar. Ginger is the one thing that helps my stomach.

As for migraines, I got those with pregnancy. I threw up three days a week while my kids were in school. Doctors and medicines are about useless for mine. If it's migraines you have, email and I have some suggestions.

That depends. Migraines can be so bad that they cause vomiting. Excedrin is the greatest thing for those, I don't buy the ones for migraines either, the regular ones work great. If it is migraines you are getting you may need to see a neurosurgeon to find out if it is from foods, lighting, or whatever other source that maybe causing them, sometimes it is from only stress. They will tell you that only aspirin seems to cure them.

Vomiting and headache should not be in the same sydrome if so a neurologist could have the answer. You feel dizzy? You go blind?
ask yourself and explain the doctor What happens step by step? How it is like? when it started and how? Does it worsens/improves, how? Any other symptom? How incapacitating it is? Tell himeverything without skipping ANY details?

Drink a gallon of pure water and a pot of chamomile tea. Try some aspirin and milk of magnesia. Brown toast, dry or some crackers will help. Lay down and close your eyes in a dark, cool room with soothing music-like classical, Arabian or new age.

Try to drink liquids if you can keep them down. They will help with both the headache and nausea. Put a cool, damp cloth over your face. That will help with both as well. If the symptoms keep coming back, talk to your doctor. Could just be a virus or maybe something antibiotics can help with.
