IF I WERE YOU I WOULD GET CLOSER TO HER AND ASK HER IF SHE HAS A MOMENT OR TWO TO TALK TO HER. THEN I WOULD ASK HER, HER NAME AND THEN TELL HER IF SHE WOULD LIKE TO GO OUT SOMEDAY?

Just walk right up to her and say "hi" you look really nice today. I've had guys just walk up and say, "your so beautiful, I just wanted to tell you." I find it sexy and attractive when a man has the self esteem to be bold and speak up. Don't worry about the outcome just take a chance. If she doesn't like you, her loss, move on to someone else.
