Get into a meditative mode. Go with the feeling that it doesn't matter how it goes. Breathe deep and exhale slow several times a day, and feel the relaxation come over your whole body. Go to the health food store and get some St. John's Wort Good Mood tea to help you relax and feel good beforehand. Saturday will go fine.
