You're too young to be doing this. A piece of bread in the morning and noodles for lunch are doing you more harm than good. Did you know noodles have 1300 calories in a package?? A full grown woman only needs 2200 in a day. And if it's white bread you're eating, it's taking more nutrients out of you than it's putting in. You are still growing. Your body needs all of the food groups to grow properly. If you shirk your needs now, you may not grow to your potential if you're a man, and if you're female, the lack of nutrients now can cause you major problems later, like osteoporosis from the lack of calcium. What you need to do is turn off the tv more, ride your bike, play street hockey,....and don't eat McDonalds every day, and don't drink pop(massive calories, and SO BAD for you!) Don't gorge on chocolate bars or ice cream....basically, eat in moderation. Eat just enough to feel satisfied, and this will come easier if the foods you eat are complete in nutrition, like whole eggs, whole grains, brown rice, nuts, fruit, and fish. Any kind of meat is generally toxic for you, the less you eat the better. But don't diet now, it's not good for you. Let your body grow up before you try to mold it into your perception of "perfect". The tv will show you perfect people, but that's hollywood, and not realistic examples of normal people. But I do agree that far too many people are overweight, and your eating habits now will follow you for forever. Plus, the more you starve yourself, the more your body will automatically store everything you eat in preperation for the next "dry spell" where you starve. And you'll never get thin that way. And eating a good breakfast will help you lose more weight than not eating breakfast at all. Good luck, but go have dinner!

1. Your Body Mass Index indicates that you are overweight, but not by much. You should find out your body-fat percentage, which is more important than weight. You might want to rethink your weight goal, in consultation with a physician or nutritionist.
2. You shouldn't think of food as your enemy, but as fuel for optimum performance. It should give you the vitamins, minerals, carbs, protein and fat (yes fat) you need at the right times so that you can excel. Bread and instant noodles do not give you the nutrients you need. Try fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and unsaturated fat, such as olive oil.
3. You are still growing. Dropping just 2 kg and growing just 3 cm, will put you in the normal range. You wouldn't want malnutrition to permanently stunt your growth now, would you?
4. You need to vary you workout regime, to avoid burnout, boredom or injury. You must have at least one and probably two or three rest days, for your body to heal and build muscle. Don't just run. Cross train. Also, vary your workouts. Build on them. Do hills and interval training, not just slow, easy jogs. Push your body and then rest. With your work out, you could actually be less healthy after six weeks than you are now, since you aren't eating healthy and you could injure yourself, causing you to gain weight through inactivity.
5. Concentrate more on changing your body composition, not your weight. You might actually look and feel better if you only drop 2 kg but, say, 5 kg of fat and gaining 3 kg of muscle. That requires protein and weight training (which you could do by your pushups).
6. Be more active in general. Take the stairs. Bike to school. Walk to the store. "Don't walk if you can run. Don't stand if you can walk. Don't sit if you can stand. Don't lie down if you can sit."
7. Learn some new active skills like dancing, swimming, organized sports, martial arts, etc. Buy a nintendo Wii and play tennis and boxing. Make it fun and learn a new skill.
8. Most health professionals say you can safely lose only about 1 kg/week. That is what I would shoot for. Any more than that and you risk serious health issues. Body's vary greatly, but if you were on an optimal diet and exercise program, you could probably lose 6-8 kgs of fat and gain 2-4 kgs of muscle, dramatically improving your body.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Knock off the instant noodles altogether. Replace the bread for a breakfast of raw oatmeal and rye. Eat a banana, orange, AND an apple every day--fewer calories than the instant noodles and way more nutrients! Plus 2 glasses (8 oz) milk. And walk a mile each day--or two. Heck, you're young: RUN around the track 4 times each day. Don't do white flour anything (no crackers, no instant noodles, no biscuits). Those noodles overdose you on sodium and sticky yuk that clogs your body function and causes diabetes...really. Eat celery, spinach several times a week.

at your age you are in the middle of your growth spurt and there is no telling until you are at least 17, how you are going to turn out
It is not likely that you will lose weight as such, but what you can do is to stop adding fat to your frame and just grow up instead of sideways. You will still weigh the same but you will be several inches taller ,with muscles !!!!! . and you really need meat at the moment until you have finished growing
Remember that you will not lose weight but you will grow taller, and with all t he exercise just think how fit you'll be!!!

I have to say that's not a very intelligent diet. you need to max protein so i hope you are getting it from some other source. you may also find that you will be building muscle mass and that weighs more than fat. However attractive it may be. Instant noodles are a huge sodium intake and a general avoid for most dieters.. it makes you thirstier and makes you drink more water causing bloating.

the amount of exercise that you are performing is fine. but you need to work on your diet. try to eat more natural foods and cut down on the instant noodles.

I started weight training religiously when I was your age, keep up the good work!

See a Dr before starting such a strenuous exercise plan. It would really suck if you lose all that weight then die before you have a chance to enjoy being ridiculously skinny.
