I have been in the worst time of my life the past month and a half or so. I am in a long distance relationship...and have been for 2 years now. It has just been getting tough reciently. I cheated on her but we are trying very hard to stay together. One of my friends reciently committed suicide. All of the rest of my friends are bickering amungst eachother. I am so stressed out with homework and my job...working until 10 PM most nights after school. I seem to always want to just curl up somewhere and cry. I tried to talk to my mom about it...but all she told me was to "buck it up" and deal with it. What should I do?

well many schools have counselors or volunteer students that can help you out. School counselors should be free and are always there to just listen to your problems or anxieties so I would check into that so that you can talk to someone 1-on-1 :o) I hope things work out for you

You are under a lot of stress. Can you do something to lessen some of the stress? A long distance relationship is rough. Maybe you could try to talk to her and agree to be friends and keep in contact, but see other people. You can do without your bickering friends for now. Don't stop the friendships, but just step back for a while. Do you need to work? You are probably exhausted on top of your stress. Could you possibly cut back on your hour? As far as your friend committing suicide; that is very hard to handle. It is very traumatic and you will go through some emotional and maybe even physical changes.

It doesn't sound as if you can talk to your mother very well. Is there anyone else you can try to talk to? I didn't realize how much of a help talking to someone can be until I got a little older; but try it if you can, it does help.

Good luck to you.

you have destroyed the building of trust for him/her now the best thing is to ensure them and tell them you really love them otherwise, do your best to break up, the sooner the better
