I don't think you should do anything with this girl atm if she has a bf. If they weren't meant to be together they'll soon break up. Plus there's always the chance that she might not like you that way. If you feel that she likes you too, then maybe you should just get really drunk and confess your feelings for her!! If not, concentrate on this new girl you've met! You might fall in love with her if you give her a chance!! If after awhile it just doesn't feel right, then i would break up with her.

Dude, you can't always get what you want, but sometimes you get what you need! Give New Girl a chance.
Look, BFGirl is taken. You'll lose respect for her if she cheats with you, and you're already in an emotional affair. If you wind up together, you WON'T trust her. Leave her alone until she and BF part ways, but don't waste your time waiting. Case closed.

remember that u always want what u can't have, so if u like the other girl at all u should see where things go with her, if u don't then there's no point and u'll have to figure something out with the other girl which i can't really help u with

Well first of all you have to get closer to her. After you think it is time, you let her know how you feel about her. Don't try to let her know right away, just give youself some time to get to know her. Then you don't want to rush in because you don't want to scare her off. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
