I am familure with animals and have given her an exam fully, just a minute ago when she did it again and she didnt yelp once.I cant figure this one out. Has anyone expirenced this before .Any thing would be great!!!

Sometimes they can get a pinched nerve in their back so just be careful of how you pick her up, another thing if it doesnt seem to get better in a week i would take her to the vet!

Well, it is possible that she could have yelped from being startled or she slept wrong and had a sore spot, or...the list is virtually endless.
If you have gently prodded and checked her over and she didn't flinch or yelp the second time then I wouldn't worry about it for now.
Just keep an eye on her the next few days for any signs of soreness in that area or general illness. If that does occur then she will need to see a vet.
I hope she will be okay though. Good luck!

please take her to the vet, she wouldnt have cried if something wasnt wrong. no one can tell you for sure, so your best bet is the vet, something could be wrong internally.
