The answers on here should give you an easy clue. The only woman answering said "No!" Typical of many women.
Us guys are often very nervous about asking a woman out. There is nothing worse to a man's confidence than to be shot down on Valentine's. If you like him, why ask? Are you afraid that he will laugh at you for calling him. NEVER. Unless he is an immature idiot. If he likes you, than he will be very happy you have called him.
And what better day to start a romance?

Absolutely. Valentine's Day was made for picking up the phone or sending cards and gifts. It puts you on the persons mind and who knows what their thoughts will make them do.....have fun.
