You should never use alcohol as a sleep agent it should be used for personal enjoyment consider some sleep pills Unisom is pretty good but really if you have a problem sleeping you may be an insomniac and should talk to your Dr. One other thing read before you go to bed and classical music helps as well.

You should never use alcohol as a sleep agent try sleeping medications if you dont want to try prescription then try something like Tylenol PM.
