If you want something that's not bad for you, then try to hype yourself up naturally. Music, friends, being silly and just letting go of your inhibitions. Who cares what anyone thinks or if you look stupid. Those thoughts just bring you down.

If you are looking to take something to change your mood or alter your state of mind, then those can't possibly be good for you, they're probably worse than sugar. If you want the mood to last, it has to come from within you.

√ Laughter...
Make funny faces at yourself in the mirror... like fishlips, squishy face, eggs n ketchup, mosquito....
I used to do if I felt down in the dumps. I was always making these faces since I was a kid, and really could make people laugh with expressions and impressions (ex the martian on Bugs Bunny) so when I tried making myself laugh and it worked, I was surprised. I'm sure Jim Carey can make himself laugh. How couldn't he? He's funny!

As far as bubbly, loud, just sit on top of your Maytag!

One glass of bubbly - champagne. That ought to do it. But don't over do it!
