My step-mom is mean to me so how can I make her nicer/

What is she doing??? I'm a nice step mom, the boys do call me evil step monster...
You cant make her like you tho, maybe she is jealous...

Is she being mean to u because she doesnt like u or she cares about u but is being rude to u as it is her nature. If she is doing it on purpose than u have to be tactful in ur ways with her. Dont make her feel that u r depended on her. Avoid her as much as u can and dont pay a heed to whatever she says. Dont talk with her much and always avoid arguments. If she cares about u than try to understand her. Befriend her. Once u have developed a realtion with her u will see that she will understand u and wont be mean with u anymore. I have been living with my uncle and aunt for 4 and a half years. My aunt was also very mean with me and she got on my nerves. I fought a lot with her. She cared for me but she overdid it. Both of us made mistakes but now things have cooled down between us. Now we understand each other and have become friends. We both changed over these years and become a better person.
Life will not be smooth always but never lose hope. Keep on trying. Good luck.

Your step mom is going to be the person who she is. You need to talk to your father about your step mom's behavior. Let him know how she is treating you. Hopefully, if he is man enough, he should put a stop to this at once. You should be his priority first, then her.
I really think that he shouldn't have her in his life until he has raised you first. That's my opinion.

I'm sorry! Maybe she is mean to you=just being on the defensive.Thinking you hate her thinking she is trying to REPLACE your Mom.If you let her know that you know she isn't replacing your Mom,but now is part of the family.That might help.But also if you offer to help her,and/or do a family game?something with her,that could help too.Does your Dad notice or know about this?What has he suggested?

Throw her in the trunk of the car, take her for a couple of hours of. touring. Pull over every 20 minutes and swear your ready to have her killed and buried if she doesn't stop the evil drivil that comes out of her towards you. That may be illigal. Perhaps you should just kidnap her dog, naw, hmmm. Buy her a Valentines.

I'm sorry. Offering to help always warms peoples' hearts. And if your dad sees you trying, and your step-mom still not warming, he'll know where the problem lies.

be nice to her -- sweet and appreciative of what she does -- and don't expect her to give you kindness back. Fact is, you can't make her be nicer -- you can only be nice to her and hope that she follows suit.

Shower her with love & affection and give her a feeling that she is most important to you , spice it up with lots of flattery that all she is sold.
