I'm right there with ya, friend!!! The only advice that I can give... whatever the situation is... take it just one day at a time... there will be days that you'll have to take it an hour at a time... nothing is hopeless....BELIEVE ME!!! I have a husband, 3 sons... and there are twins on the way..... only..... I'M NOT THE MOM!!!! We've been married for 10 years... never been seperated... yet ... there it is. Fortunately... there has been some good coming from the situation... he has TOTALLY realized what he has right here at home... and has made some drastic changes. We're closer now than we've been in years!! My advice.... again.... take a deep breath (or a few of them) just don't hyperventilate.... and take it one day at a time.

Wow,aren't we the ignorant one??kehkeh..
You know, when i'm facing a situation like that,i'd do these stuff..
1# Listen to Slipknot,SOAD,Static-X...
2# Take a pillow, trashscream as loud as i can!
3# Games!!!(counterstrike would suffice!)
4# sometimes,if the going gets hard,i'd pray..
5# try smiling most of the time..(its infectious i tell ya!tried it at the mall!)
6# be optimistic, and always look on the bright side of life!(Nike ad...=))
6# try being patient & tolerant to others(this one helps greatly!)
7# workout..(get the punching bag!)
8# Traveling & Experiencing(my Favourite!)
9# What are friends for???Get out & go hanging out!
10# Don't worry,be happy!

The situation you are in now is just a state of mind.Try to have a change of environment, thoughts & attitude.Basically the mind pulls you in to a state of depression, you must have a new thought pattern.Dont dwell on the matters that is troubling you I am not asking you to run away from that but just have a different thought pattern.Once your state improves you can tackle the issues.

I feel exactly like that when I am PMS'ing.... I use Midol, maybe that will work for you? I feel for you, but you have to look around, there are million people worse off than you...If you are angry all the time have your tired drugs, legal drugs like Zoloft or Paxil, I have heard they are supposed to work.... I personally suggest an more natural approach, pot.... just saying man it works when you are irritable....

Jesus does that sound familiar....Oh yea that's me:).....Best thing I did was take up a hobby. Three of the top stress relievers are sex, coloring, and shooting a gun. I took up target practice at the local range. I also see a therpist. It's amazing on how much it helps to just vent to a stranger, especially someone who isn't allowed to judge you or how things make you feel. Plus they don't get to tell anyone or you get to sue their pants off. Best of luck hun and no matter how tough **** gets just remember that you could always take up kick boxing. nothing is better than kicking the **** out of a dummy for 2 hours. :)

i know how this feels like.
what i did was to resort to meditation. take about an hour or so where u can sit at peace ,give all u'r problems to God almighty..then gently relax, say a prayer . keep a journal to write out all the pent up emotions.
speaking to a friend can help too.
