Huge difference. I put ON 14 pounds and I went from a size 0-2 to a size 8. Im currently working it off, but its a huge difference.

It depends on the person and how much they have to lose. If I lost 10 pounds there could be a slight change in my face but usally not in my overall body appearance. Although it could make someone feel more confident about themselves and make them act differnetly which could make them appear different. I'd say 20 pounds is where I can really see a difference in my body.

Well 15 pounds is usually a dress size (for most) so it should make some difference. It does depend on where you lose it, though. If you lose fat first in your legs, it may not be as noticable. But say it's in you waistline, it could make a bit of difference. And if it's in your chest, big difference

I think it does regardless of size. I mean losing some pounds is better than losing no pounds at all.

Well yes, I think it will make a difference. When i lost 10lb I could see a change in myself and so could a lot of people. My face got thinner, my stomach became flat and my legs got more shape. I think it will all depend on home much you weigh to start with.

Depends what your current weight is. If you weigh 300 lbs., for example, then 10 lbs. wouldn't be very noticeable.

I think it depends on how much you weigh. If you're a little chubby..then yes you'll notice it. But if you're overweight/obese then...not really.
