Rock the casting.

it all depends upon the type of casting ur doing. is it a coupla casting ??

if it's a rough casting then go for the casting done by ROTORY casting or Bale out furnace.

& if's a casting for aluminum motor parts or fine kind of then Pressure Die casting is required.

y i m telling is bcox i m BE(Mech.) i m mfrs burners & blower & furnaces also.

tell me if u face anyother problem in regard to that.

use proper air escapes, or proper pouring of centrifugal forces.
