I went to school with this girl 2 years ago and I like her then but did not ask her out. We have only talked a few times since then and emailed a few times back and forth. How do I ask her out?

Why are you shy. Time delayed would only result in she finding somebody else hurry up and ask her straight without any hesitation.

It is easy and I urge you ask her for a cup of coffee. A quiet moment will be on your side then you know how she feels about you. Act normal when you ask her out and do not flirt with her. Give her time to digest and I am sure you will find out. Behave and make her trust you. Then she will feel comfy and want to go out with you. Happy V-Day.

um...im a girl so i should know. every girl loves to be asked out. it makes them feel special. just go up to her during lunch while she's not gossiping wit her friends and ask if she'd like to go see a movie wit you.
