I cannot seem to keep them warm for anything. Its not circulation. I am an avid runner and do stretches (yoga) daily. I have on 3 pairs of socks right now and my feet are still freezing! Any suggestions?

Crappy end of the bargain. We get more intelligence, more emotional sensitivity, but cold feet. Sigh. Oh well.

It still could be poor circulation, its hereditary. It doesn't have anything to do with how active you are. Trust me, my Dad has the same problem, (and he's not really that old) and he is very active through out the day. Talk to a foot doctor. Good luck, take care.

You need to go in for a few tests to check your thyroid and fasting blood sugars. Poor circulation could be from many things but thyroid disease and diabetes are two that you may not realize without your doctor's help.

it could be ma ny things. check the circulation of your feet- press your large toenail with your finger. it should turn white, then back to pink with in 3 seconds. if it doesnt you could have bad circulation. it is also a symptom of hypothyroidism.

put your feet in warm water. (I prefer hot). But, once you get out of the water, wrap your feet with a HOT, wet towel.

I've tried it and it works.
