Most popular would probably be pepperoni, most unpopular probably anchovies or black olives.
My personal favorite is double cheese, mushrooms, sweet peppers, sausage and bacon, but only bacon strips, not those processed balls they tell you are bacon.

Pepperoni is the most popular (after cheese, of course) followed by sausage. Pepperoni, onions, and tomatoes with black olives and bell peppers is my favorite plus extra cheese (when it is done right).
Unpopular, fish and pineapple type stuff.
