Huge turn on for me.
It's not easy to look good with such an unforgiving haircut but if he does, then he must be drop dead gorgeous, having excellent bone structure and defined features.

depends usually on if they look good with longer hair or not. then if i like it buzzed it is a definite turn on. i love running my hand on it ahh it feels so good lol

It depends. Some guys look better than others. Different girls have different preferences. I don't think too many people find it objectionable.
