There's no harm to kissing your girlfriend's hand. It shows that you are passionate and you love her. It shows that you are loyal in the relationship kinda back then in the days. I don't think there's any harm done to that.

there is nothing wrong with it, its only wrong if you dont want to get tempted into making out then finally having sex
you see if you start kissing the hands, it might lead to somewhere else, but if you have tons of love and respect for one another theres nothing wrong with it
